Fat Burning Cardio:
Fat burning cardio is aimed to use fat tissue by using fat as the primary energy source rather than carbs. We use moderate intensity or short high intensity in order to efficiently burn energy through our fat stores. This mode of exercise doesn't take long so the resulting muscle breakdown will be minimal. HIIT, interval training, walking on an incline, stair master are modes of fat burning cardio. Burning on the legs, excessive sweating, feeling extremely warm will all be signs of achieving fat burn.
